1. Service-Based Policy
Galaxy Infinity Interior provides service-based work (interior design, execution, renovation, and customization). Since services are customized as per client requirements, returns are not applicable like physical products.
2. Advance Payments
- Any advance payment made is non-refundable once the project has started.
- Advance amounts are used for design planning, site visits, labor booking, and material arrangements.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Project cancellation must be informed in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- If cancellation is requested before work starts, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
- If cancellation is requested after work has started, no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only:
- After deducting the cost of completed work
- After deducting material purchases and third-party expenses
- Based on the agreed quotation and work progress
Refund decisions are solely at the discretion of Galaxy Infinity Interior.
5. Material Returns
- Custom-made or ordered materials cannot be returned once purchased.
- Any manufacturer warranty on materials will be as per the brand’s terms and conditions.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:
- Client-side delays or approval issues
- Site conditions
- Material availability
- Natural events, government restrictions, or third-party vendors
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
